well i recently purchased a Magellan roadmate 1340 GPS system and the Ac adapter to charge it in the normal wall plug, however, i'm not sure about the charging... does it have to be ON in order to get charged? or by just being plugged wall it's doing the job already?Does a GPS need to be On in order to get charged?
