Gps for car, and one that can be pulled out and used in your hand!?

I was thinking about a Gps unit around 300.00 Canadian! It has to be wide screen. Must have Canada and United States, including Alaska, Hawaii...

Which one of these would be the most accurate and fastest. Must have text to voice, and also say things like, turn left 100m at King Street!
