Magellan RoadMate 1412 - Touchscreen Problem?

The touchscreen on my Magellan 1412 seems to have arbitrarily re-calibrated itself so that the area on the screen you press your finger against is not the area that is highlighted / selected. Because of this, I can't even get to the user options menu to see if there is a re-calibration function. The reset button on the side doesn't seem to do anything other than bring you back to the home screen. Is there a way to reset the unit back to factory defaults?Magellan RoadMate 1412 - Touchscreen Problem?
I Believe You Would Have To Open The System Unit, Unplug The Touchscreen Underneath The Casing Wait A Couple Seconds Plug It In And You're Done It Will Calibrate Back To Factory Settings There, Are Many Videos On Youtube For Doing Such Things, This Is All I Can Tell You From Experience Pretty Much Find A Way To Remove Casing,(Screws)Find The Cable Connecting To The Rest Of The System Unplug And Plug In.Your Welcome ;)
