Ok, so like. I'm 13.
I'm pretty much good at basketball like Shooting and doing Layups.
But when I'm playing against teams or 1 on 1, I'm pretty much on pressure and i pretty suck.
When against teams, i usually just pass the ball around and not shoot.
So I need some advice on how to get rid of all this nervous and just get pass through the defender and make a shot. Pleas help?How do I get this rid of this nervous on Basketball?

You sound like a pretty nice, respectable dude. I'm 13 to. I am physically gifted 5 foot 10 almost can dunk. You are afraid to miss or to make a mistake, then way to avoid this is to become confident like Kobe Bryant. You may not no it but your basketball idols are HUGE in your game. I became a Huge Kobe fan and just watching him play. So confident, he could go 0 for 1000000 and come down and still shoot. He is a little cocky and that helps with nerves. I'm cockier than anyone on the court but I'm a good kid off it. It's the deleptive receptor in your brain and cockines or confidence overrun nerves. My advice: develope confidence. no one is watching but ur opponent, think about doing bad, who does it make look bad.
