Your feet are sweating and the heat from your body and the friction in the shoes is causing the sweat, which is 90% water, to heat up enough to burn the soles of your feet. Wear socks to absorb the sweat, and put a little corn starch or foot powder in your shoes to absorb some of the sweat.

How do I prevent blisters on my feet when I play basketball?
I have been playing a lot of basketball lately and Ive noticed that after a few days in a row i cant really play because of the blisters that form. I have proper shoes and my shoes fit very well but still blisters always form. Any advice? (sorry if the question was a little gross)How do I prevent blisters on my feet when I play basketball?
