Is it bad for my basketball to be played outside instead of the gym?

I just got this basketball and its specially made for the gym instead of the outside (meaning the cement). Is it bad for the basketball if I were to play w/ it outside?Is it bad for my basketball to be played outside instead of the gym?

Yeah its bad its an indoor ball it will get rought and the color will fade away soon

If u play it inside it will stay in a better condition way longer
If it is a gym ball such as a under glass ball, Than yes the pebbles rip to it. And most gym balls can't take the ware and tare of the rough cement. Unless you and your squad have absolutely no messy passes the ball will roll far and be ripped on bumps and cracks. When the ball starts to bend from pebbles and cracks it starts to bounce the wrong way when dribbled.

pretty self expanitory. BASKETBALL ONLY TO BE USED INSIDE. Someone said "i had mine for 2 years, it's fine" yeah, believe someone you have never met in your life.
Yes, its pretty much always bad to use a ball like that outside. The concrete rips up and spoils the texture of da ball. Only use it if you have a gym to play at, or if you alrdy used it and u have no other ball.
No ive played with my "inside ball" on gravel for a year. It js gets more dirty.
