What are good exercises for a 15 year old, girl, basketball player?

I'm 15 and going into 10th grade. I want to play basketball for my school, but I don't have much to offer. I am short, small, somewhat week, and not very aggressive. =\ Any suggestions on increasing vertical jump, speed, strength, agility, or coordination?What are good exercises for a 15 year old, girl, basketball player?
if you are short I would recommend you play position 1 or 2.



instead of exercise you should do a good routine that would help you to be

a better players.



1. lots of shadow run to increase your speed and your cardio

2. work on your dribbling (both hand) and your pass, your court vision.

3. work on your defense and your footwork

4. work on your shots, 3 pointer, run/stop jumper, catch and shoot and so on.



these may sound easy but actually it would take a while before you can

see signs improvements.



also you are only 15, which means you will grow in the next 3-4 years corse.

be ready to change your position if the coach ask you as you get teller :)
