You need to want it more than anyone...
Get up and practice when everyone is sleeping...
Lift weights, run sprints, practice your free throws, focus mainly on your hamstrings and calves when you work out...
Practice taking off for your leaps with your strong foot...
IE explode to the hoop...Make your strongest step your last step, you will get it soon enough...I never thought I would, but it happens...
Practice while you are young enough. Time flies, and then you can't play anymore...keep your head up, do your best. its worth it.
get the vest and shoes with the weights in it.. it can help u with ur hops

Do some research into plyometrics and make sure to develop your off hand.
get some videos that has cool dunks that u want to do... and try and copy them. but of course u have to practice all the time.
