I'm going into 8th grade this year. My main sport is basketball and I was wondering if I should do wrestling to get in shape for the incoming basketball season. I want to get stronger, get more endurance, and explosiveness into my game. Will wrestling make me in shape for basketball? Or is it a waste of time and I should just run a lot and practice basketball everyday? I'm about 5'4 and weigh about 110 pounds.
