To be eligible in the Draft, Fill-foreign players are required to submit the following:



1) Bureau of Immigration certificate of recognition, 2) Department of Justice affirmation, 3) Applicant鈥檚 Authenticated Birth Certificate issued by the National Statistics Office, 4) Authenticated Birth Certificate of the applicant's Filipino parent, 5) Marriage certificate of applicant's parents or in the absence thereof due to circumstances beyond applicant's control, legal recognition of the applicant's Filipino father, 6) Duly notarized or authenticated Naturalization papers of Filipino parent, 7) Duly notarized affidavits of at least 3 persons residing in the Philippines attesting to claim of citizenship of applicant.
