it is very important, you have to be in good cardio shape to run for the full game whether it be a full 48 minutes or less depending on what level you are. Playing defense alone is hard to do without cardio, because you are constantly moving and defending, and offensively you have to be moving and trying to either shoot, pass, or hit the offensive glass, so if you dont have proper cardio it can cost you points in the long run.How is Aerobic Fitness related to your success in Basketball?
