I play basketball for my school and i've seem to have gained a lot of weight. How can i loose the weight before basketball season and have stamina?How do i train for basketball season in december?

Eat more fruit and less carbs

Do about 2-3 sets of 10-25 push ups everyday

3 sets of 20-40 squats everyday

2 sets of 45 second wall sits

3 sets of 20-40 burpies

Stretch no less then 30 minutes everyday

Jump rope if you can for about 2-5 minutes, 2 times a day

Do about 3-10 suicides everyday



This won't be easy, but if yyou work at it. You know it'll be for real.
