mabey lighten up the weights, it might take longer for you to get buff, but hey, you wont be as, or not sore at all.
don't work out on the day of the game or 2days before it, that just reduces your ability if your sore, but just stretch out your muscles to prepare and prevent injuries at the game

my best offer is not to push your self so much
Just do your upper body lifts the night before any of the games so that you won't be sore and you will have a great game. How can I become less sore for basketball?
lift one day play another. or do legs on b-ball day and leave upper body for after game.
If you are constantly sore all the time, then I assume you are lifting really heavy.

If you are lifting to bulk up, I'd stick with lifting heavy, but if you are looking to increase strength and muscle tone, lessen the weight and go with more repetitions.

I would not recommend lifting for the same body parts everyday, you don't give your muscles any time to recover. At the least, every other day. What worked best for me was to train certain muscle groups once a week. I really did see the best results from this because of the recovery. I used to train every day and ended up suffering from an injury in my wrist and tendons that benched me for a month.

The only other things I'd recommend are a very good stretching routine before and after your workout. I did that when I worked with a trainer and it made a huge difference.

The other is taking some kind of post recovery drink, and maybe improving your nutritional intake during the day.

Good luck.
